Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda. Then add yogurt to knead the dough. Cover with a moist towel and set aside in a warm spot. Once you see that the dough has risen, punch it and fold it again. Let it rest for 30 more minutes. Now make small roundels from the dough, top it with kalonji seeds and cook it on your tawa, so you have a fluffy and stretchy naan! Serve with your favorite curries, and enjoy!
