To make bajra methi missi roti, combine bajra flour, wheat flour, fenugreek (saunf) leaves, garlic cloves, curd, paneer, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and knead into a firm dough. Add water as required. Divide the dough into five portions and roll into thin rotis. Now, heat a tawa and roast the rotis until done from both sides. Serve hot with green chutney. Bajra methi missi roti is ready!
